A Co Monaghan woman has praised the support of locals for giving her the opportunity to open the doors of her business and live out her dream every day. The Raglan Road Tearooms has been at the heart of the local community in Inniskeen for the last six and a half years. Speaking to Northern Sound, owner Linda Faul said that it was always a dream of hers to run her own business, alongside her husband Colm. Since its inception the Raglan Road Tearooms in Inniskeen have only gone from strength to strength with the team now competing next month in the Ulster Fry World Championship. After winning the county stages of the competition, Linda says that the aim of the business is to deliver great service with even better food.
Linda explained; "It's something I've always wanted to do, we opened over six years ago and I'm very grateful for the chance to open the doors everyday and live out my dream in Raglan Road Tearooms. We have a great team of ladies and we've all made great friends with the customers. It's just a super place and I love it."
