The impact of Artificial Intelligence on education will be the subject of a national teaching conference today.
The Teachers Union of Ireland will discuss the potential benefits and risks associated with implementing the technology in schools, at a meeting in Mullingar this afternoon.
The Union is seeking Departmental guidance around developing a regulatory framework for the administration of AI.
