A Monaghan Councillor says illegal drugs are more popular among young people than alcohol.
At a recent JPC meeting, Councillor Noel Keelan said that drugs are more accessible and cheaper than other substances.
His party colleague Colm Carthy said this increase in popularly needs to be halted before it takes over.

He told The Wider View that it needs to be tackled from a number of angles.
