HSE has confirmed that vaccination centres in Cavan and Monaghan are to close.
It comes as the leases with the Glencarn Hotel and Hotel Kilmore are due to expire.
The HSE is moving to the next phase of its vaccination programme over the coming months, and part of that is reducing the number of permanent vaccination centres across the country.
After the administration of 61,000 vaccines doses, the centre at the Glencarn Hotel in Castleblayney will shut its doors on Monday.
While the Hotel Kilmore will end its service as a vaccination clinic on June 22nd, 83,000 vaccines were provided at the Cavan town hotel since it opened in April 2021.
Following these closures, temporary and pop-up clinics will provide access to Covid vaccinations, while mobile vaccination teams will also operate to support those who are housebound or in long term care.
GPs and pharmacies will also continue to participate in the second Covid booster programme over the coming weeks.
