The HSE Chief Executive says Child and Adult Mental Health Services are providing a good level of care for those who need it.
A review published this week found 46 children were 'significantly harmed' after being prescribed inappropriate medication by a junior doctor in the CAMHS service in south Kerry.
The Government's indicated those involved will be compensated however its expected to also lead to a series of medical negligence cases.
