The Health and Safety Authority says it isn't investigating an incident in Castleblayney yesterday.
Emergency services were called shortly after 3.30pm to a premises in the Killycard Industrial Park in the town.
A man was transferred from the roof of a unit to the air ambulance and he was brought to hospital for treatment.
The HAS has today said it has carried out an "initial evaluation of the circumstances" and it "has been determined to be outside" of its remit.
It says no further action will be taken.
