An application has been lodged with An Bord Pleanála over the proposed development of 17 homes in Cavan Town. The application was lodged on the 19th of June last by Vogue Homes after Cavan County Council refused a planning application for the development,
The appeal centers around 17 fully serviced residential units allowing for an entrance, car parking, bin storage and connections to foul & surface water sewer along with all associated works.
Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted for the proposed development on the Farnham Road in the town. The case is due to be decided by the 23th of October.
