Tomorrow evening, Saturday, Magheracloone GAA take on Doohamlet in an intermediate challenge on its new home ground.
It has taken four years for the Club to get to this stage after a sink hole emerged on their original pitch because of mining in the area.
Meanwhile, the flags and bunting will be out tomorrow night in the hope the local team holds out against its opponents in its new home.
Francie Jones, Chairperson of Magheracloone GAA, highlighted how the blood, sweat and tears of the whole community - in bringing this project to fruition - has been very worthwhile.
He says everyone is so excited about tomorrow night's clash on the new 'home ground'.
"It's coming up on four years since there was subsidence and we lost our grounds," continued Francie.
"So for the last four years we have had no home pitch.
"We have been on the road to pitches here, there and everywhere.
"That is why tomorrow night with our first home game on our new pitch is so exciting."
