The Belfast High Court case involving boxers Barry McGuigan and Carl Frampton is continuing.
Mr Frampton claims up to £6 million in earnings were withheld from him over a period of eight years.
He made the claims against Cyclone Promotions UK Limited, of which Barry McGuigan is a director.
The High Court in Belfast today heard a counter claim against Mr Frampton over claims he breached contract by leaving the company in 2017.
Both men deny the allegations made against them.
The case continues in Belfast with the court hearing the seventh day of evidence tomorrow.
