A Cavan hotel has encouraged people to make the most of the sunshine by visiting the "beautiful" attractions which are available to them, right on their front door step.
Celine Heslin is the manager of the Lakeside Manor Hotel, located just outside of Virginia.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show, Celine revealed that the local attraction, based beside Lough Ramor, has seen an influx of visitors from "far and wide" as a result of the good weather.
In addition to this, a man-made beach which was created by the local venue has proved to be extremely popular among families.
Celine said many people, including locals, are "unaware" of the beach facilities which are are available at the local venue.
However, the spell of good weather has acted as "great incentive" for bringing more people and business into the locality to see what it has to offer:
