The sister of Eden Heaslip has welcomed Government support on proposed anti-bullying legislation.
The Heaslip family travelled to Dublin on Thursday to meet with the Taoiseach and Minister for Education, on the back of an invite by local Minister Heather Humphreys.
Eden died by suicide in September, after he was bullied over a period of time.
Chloe Heaslip says the government politicians met with them for over an hour and were very welcoming of their suggestions to address issues around bullying, social media and mental health.
She told Shannonside Northern Sound that she made a specific case for their idea of a specialist helpline.
