Healthcare workers could start receiving their covid booster vaccine as soon as this weekend.
Around 250 thousand healthcare workers will be in line for the top-up jab.
The booster programme for over 60s is also starting this week with those in their 70s set to receive their booster from their GP.

Monaghan GP Dr Illona Duffy told this morning's Joe Finnegan Show that the sector "had to push to get" a covid vaccine booster.
