'Commitment' from Minister on Northern Ireland health care scheme

Fianna Fáil TD for Cavan and Monaghan, Brendan Smith, has welcomed a renewed commitment from the Minister for Health to continue the scheme which enables eligible patients to access healthcare in Northern Ireland.
