The Health Minister says people need to 'respond' to high Covid-19 rates.
Monaghan has the highest 14-day incidence rate in the country, with Cavan having the third highest rate.
Minister Stephen Donnelly was visiting the region today where he met with vaccination staff in the Glencarn Hotel in Castleblayney and Hotel Kilmore in Cavan.

While county figures aren't released, Monaghan is reportedly seeing a low vaccine uptake.
