76 homes in Kingscourt have been given the green light by Cavan County Council.
The development located at Dun Na Carraige in the town will see the construction of 26 x 4 bedroom homes, 39 three bedroom homes and 11 two bedroom terraced dwellings.
The development located through the existing residential development at Dun Na Carraige will comprise of a mixed two and three storey dwellings.

The approved planning application also includes a temporary on-site wastewater treatment plan with connections to the existing mains sewerage, mains water supply and all associated site and
infrastructure works necessary to facilitate the development.
County planners gave the go ahead to Destrina Ltd with 31 conditions attached.
