Planning permission has been granted for a new housing development in Cavan.
Galetech Sustainable Living applied to Cavan County Council to construct 29 new houses in Townparks, Ballyhaise.
The houses would consist of 18 own door units contained in three two-storey blocks, two detached two-bed houses, six semi-detached three bed houses and three three-bed terraced houses.

A new service road and connection to public services are also included. Permission for the development was granted with 25 conditions attached.
