Planning permission has been granted for a new housing development in Cavan.
Bernard Farrell applied to the council to construct a three storey apartment block in Kinnypottle, in Cavan Town. The block would consist of 28 fully serviced apartments, broken down into 16 two beds and 12 one beds.
The application also includes the addition of parking to the existing basement. The development was granted subject to 28 conditions set out by Cavan County planners.
