It's believed Graham Dwyer will seek another appeal against his conviction for the murder of Elaine O’Hara.
He lost an appeal against his conviction for murdering the childcare worker in 2012 last month.
It's thought he will now try and use one of the last avenues left for him at the Supreme Court.
