A Monaghan based manufacturing firm has received global recognition at a recent awards ceremony. Combilift were the winners of not one but two prestigious awards at the Asia Matters Business Awards. The event was held in Dublin recently.
The local firm was crowned 'Technology Exporter of the Year'. This category rewards automation and mobility, digital tech, med tech, green tech, sports tech, and smart manufacturing exporters to Asia. The company also won the award for 'Export of the Year' something which the firm believes will give them "another key" to open more doors throughout Asia. The awards recognise two-way trade - world-class Irish companies achieving strategic success in Asia and Asian companies making a unique contribution to Ireland.
