The gardaí are not co-operating with investigations into the Monaghan and Dublin bombings.
That's according to Margaret Urwin of Justice for the Forgotten, who says "all the British entities, like MI5, the PSNI, and the Ministry of Defence, are all fully co-operating".
Margaret says the gardaí are treating investigation as a "review", and that this "technicality" means they have not made any material available.
However, speaking on The Wider View, Margaret said advice has been sought from the Attorney General and she's hopeful of a resolution by the end of June:
