Gardaí investigating theft of 4X4 and quad bike in Monaghan

Gardaí are investigating the theft of a 4X4 and a quad bike in separate incidents in Monaghan.

A silver 141 registration Volkswagen Toureg was stolen from the Scotshouse area overnight.

It's believed to have been taken from outside a house in the area between 2am and 8am.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Monaghan Garda Station.

Meanwhile, Gardaí are also investigating the theft of a quad bike in the Rockcorry area.

The red G-Force quad was stolen overnight in the Corryhagan area.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Gardaí in Ballybay or Castleblayney.
