Gardai investigating break-in to Bailieboro Church

Gardai in Bailieboro are investigating a break-in at St Anne's Church in the town during the early hours of yesterday morning.

The culprits broke a side window and gained access to the building.

During this incident damage was also caused to the front door of the historic building.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the vicinity of the Virginia Road during the course of the night and noticed any suspicious activity.
