Gardaí attended the fire at around 3.30 am and the scene is currently preserved, pending a technical examination.
Fire-fighting teams equipped with breathing apparatus rescued all residents from the smoke-logged apartment building.
The fire started in the bedroom of a ground-floor apartment and was quickly brought under control.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and no one has been arrested in relation to the incident.
