The community and beyond are shocked, numbed and saddened by the death of a man that died from violent circumstances at his home in County Monaghan.
That's what the parish priest Fr Daly had to say in St Patrick's Church in Broomfield at the funeral mass of Christopher Mooney who had died in violent circumstances at his home on Thursday morning.
The parish priest said Christopher was a very religious and family man and he also remembered Kieran Hamill at this mornings mass who was also laid to rest earlier in Crossmaglen.
Kieran Hamill died on Thursday morning when he was struck by a car 3 kms away from Broomfield.
Fr. Daly said that Christopher was a regular mass goer and faith was a very important part of his life.
