The funeral of Monaghan native, Johnny Treanor who died after a road traffic collision in Donegal last Monday, will take place in Scotstown today.
Mr Treanor will be removed from from his home in Mount Charles, Co Donegal at 11:30am to arrive at St Mary's Church, Urbleshanney for Funeral Mass at 2pm.
He will be laid to rest in the adjoining churchyard.
Johnny is being remembered as "one of the best" motorsport talents in Ireland.
Tributes have poured in from across Irish motorsports in his memory.
Monaghan Motor Sports Club said it was "saddened" to hear of the sudden passing of Johnny Treanor.
"He had an incredible driving talent with success in various motorsport categories," a spokesperson added.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this difficult time."
