A fundraiser to get an accessible boat for Lough Ramor is being launched this morning.
Ramor Watersports Club recently announced the idea, that would see a wheelchair-accessible Wheelyboat purchased for the local community.
External funding and some club resources means 30,000 euros needs to be raised to bridge the gap.
It's hoped local businesses will also get behind the idea through sponsorship opportunities.
The initiative is being officially launched at 10am this morning at the Lakeside Manor Hotel in Virginia.
As well as opening the club to offering a wide range of boat tours, Commodore of Ramor Watersports Club, John Wilson explained how it will help their own members.
