Funding of €325,000 will be allocated to Parent and Toddler Groups across Cavan and Monaghan as well as nationwide through local City and County Childcare Committees.
Groups are being invited to apply for the funding through their local childcare committee.
This year, two new funding streams are being introduced including an allocation of up to €400 to establish and operate Buggy Walking Groups.
