Local groups that are looking to diversify sources of funding but may not have time to carry out research might just find what they are looking for next week.
The Wheel's Funding Roadshow will be in Monaghan and Cavan on Tuesday and Wednesday with lots of information and plenty of advice to offer.
The roadshow aims to help communities and groups to learn about the different types of funding opportunities available at a local, national and EU level.
Johnny Sheehan told Northern Sound that those who are interested can find out where future funding will come from; get tips to address challenges that may arise; and network with other community and voluntary organisations.
He added that it's all about making communities better places to live, work and socialise in. "It's a free, day long, in-person, one-stop-shop for all the kinds of questions community groups might have. It's about local, national and EU funding that we can get to deliver the objectives where we want to make out communities better places to live," Mr Sheehan said.
