Four people remain in custody in connection with alleged witness intimidation and other matters arising from the recent trial of Aaron Brady.
The 29-year-old from Crossmaglen in Armagh was convicted in August of the capital murder of Detective Garda Adrian Donohoe in 2013. His sentence hearing is due to take place next week.
Gardaí during the trial began to look into claims of witness intimidation and attempts to pervert the course of justice.
Four were arrested as a result of the investigation yesterday and are being held at Garda Stations in Dublin.
