The founders and owners of Blásta Street Kitchen and Streatyard in Monaghan are branching out to help other businesses develop their brands.
The food company has expanded in recent years with their products and food packs available in retail units around the country as well as running an entertainment and food venue in the region weekly.
However, co-owner Seanie McCleary has said that he is taking a step away from the day to day running of the business as they develop their new Street School, which sees them launch and develop other food and beverage brands nationally.
Under their street school project they have been helping to connect Irish food start-ups with suppliers in their locality.
