Planning permission has been approved for change of use from a former public house to eight apartments in Carrickmacross.
Permission has been granted by Monaghan Council for a material change of use from public house & betting office to commercial & residential use.
Peter Connolly was given the green light for four 2 bedroom apartments, four 1 bedroom apartments and two commercial units. County planners made their decision in recent weeks on this housing and retail unit based on Main Street in Carrickmacross.
