Submissions are to be made before 4pm on Thursday, 26th September.

Cavan County Council has revealed its plans to transform a former Belturbet pub and an adjoining residential property into four housing units. The details have been published as part of a part 8 planning application outlining Planning permission is being sought to the change of use of a former Public House known as Flynn's and adjoining residential house into four fully serviced dwelling units.

An Appropriate Assessment Screening Report and Environmental Impact Assessment Screening Report has been completed and are available for inspection with the application. Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development will be situated may be made in writing and must reach the Housing Construction Section, Courthouse, Cavan, before 4pm on Thursday, 26th September 2024.
