Planning permission has been granted for four apartments in the former Bank of Ireland building in Arva in County Cavan.
Cavan County made their decision this week on the change of use from commercial use to residential.
Cavan County Council has given Galetech Sustainable Living Ltd the go ahead for the development works to the existing end of terrace two storey former bank on Main Street in the town.
Planners gave the green light for Change of use from financial services to residential use and the provision of 4 new apartments 2x two-bedroom & 2x one-bedroom apartments).
Carry out material alterations to existing building consisting of minor alterations to external elevations and renovation works to the building fabric.
Together with all associated site development works including provision of communal open space to the rear yard and connections to public services.
The former bank is listed as a Protected Structure in the current Cavan County Development Plan.
