Local TD calls for flood relief schemes to be put in place more quickly

Speaking in the wake of Storm Debi when thousands of homes across the Shannonside/Northern Sound area were left without power, Deputy Smith said one of the things preventing the faster roll-out of flood relief schemes is "frivolous objections".
