Five Bank of Ireland branches across the Northern Sound region are set to close on the 8th of October.
Earlier this year, Bank of Ireland announced plans to close 88 of its branches in Ireland, alongside 15 branches in the north.
It said the move was in response to the rise of digital banking.
In Co Cavan, branches in Arva, Cootehill, and Kingscourt will close, while the Castleblayney and Clones branches will shut in Co Monaghan.
In a statement to Northern Sound News, a Bank of Ireland spokesperson said a new partnership with An Post will offer customers banking services at more than 900 locations across Ireland.
The spokesperson said this will offer longer weekday opening hours than traditional bank branches, as well as Saturday opening.
He added that all closing Bank of Ireland branches have a post office within, on average, less than 500 metres.
The 8th of October timeframe applies to all closing branches nationwide.
