An appeal has been issued over a spate of burglaries in Co Cavan that took place over a two hour period on Monday, January 6th.
The first of the burglaries occurred between 6pm and 6.50pm at residential properties in Rocklands and The Gallops areas of Cavan. Another occurred at Church View, Virginia, at approximately 7.20pm. Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have been in the above areas between 5.30pm and 7.30pm and who may have witnessed anything to come forward.
Gardaí are also appealing for any road users with dash-cam footage who were travelling from Virginia to Cavan between 6.30pm and 7.30pm and from Whitegate to Virginia between 7.30pm and 8.30pm on 6th January to make it available to Gardaí.
