Five cyclists from Mayo are cycling all 32 counties in six days in memory of a Scotshouse boy.
James Moore had planned a number of fundraisers in aid of Temple Street Children's Hospital this summer, but passed away before he could make them a reality.
Alan Heaney, one of the Mayo Ultra Cyclists, works with James's father Simon and suggested that they run an event to support the family and charity.
The group is setting off on Sunday will also be raising money for Mayo-Roscommon Hospice, turn2me.ie and Down Syndrome Ireland.
Speaking to Shannonside Northern Sound, Alan Heaney said they'll be stopping in Scotshouse to pay their respects.
