'The new facility will manufacture various precast concrete products using steel or timber formwork.'

The Co. Fermanagh company who had plans approved to develop a multimillion pound manufacturing facility on a quarry on the Cavan border, has re-submitted its application for planning permission.

Tracey Concrete is a family-owned and run business based in Enniskillen. In 2018, Tracey's bought the quarry in Belcoo on the Fermanagh/Cavan border from, Acheson Glover. Their new plans for Belcoo Quarry are for a 31,000 sq ft concrete products manufacturing unit and a 3,400 sq ft rebar store.

In its latest submission to planners, the company said the new facility will be used to manufacture various precast concrete products using steel or timber formwork. If approved for planning, the new site could create around 20 jobs in the Belcoo/Blacklion area. Tracey Concrete is also known as the GAA's longest serving inter-county Senior Football team sponsor. The Tracey name has been on Fermanagh jerseys since 1991.
