A father-of-two whose body was discovered close to the scene of a car crash in Maguiresbridge, Co Fermanagh, has been named locally as Ferenc Beres.
At around 1.15pm on Monday, local police received a report of a road traffic collision on Main Street, in which the male driver of one of the cars involved left the scene.
Shortly afterwards, police received a further report about the discovery of a man's body a short distance away on the Belfast road - he has since been named as Ferenc Beres.
In a statement to Northern Sound News, a PSNI spokesperson was unable to confirm if the road traffic collision and the discovery of Mr Beres' body were connected.
The spokesperson said enquiries are on-going "into the full circumstances surrounding the death" and appealed for anyone with information on the incident to contact Enniskillen Police Station.
