The prolonged spell of poor weather conditions has not deterred farmers across the region from 'ploughing on' with work that can still be done.
That's according to Latton farmer, Colm Quinn who cut silage for the first time this year on his farm last week. The local man said it has been a difficult period for people in the farming industry. Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show, Mr Quinn revealed that it "hasn't been easy" for farmers to get things back to normal after such a wet period of time.
