Fake accounts and trolls are 'torturing' young people online says a local TD.
Cavan/Monaghan TD Niamh Smyth was speaking following the education Minister's memo about tackling bullying in schools and the need to support staff and students.
Deputy Smyth says that the bullying in schools is often sinister in nature, and remains silent when social media comes into play.
