The eviction ban has ended.
The move comes despite repeated warnings that it could lead to a surge in homelessness - something the government rejects.
In Dublin a protest at the ending of the ban will take place outside the Dail from 1pm today - where protestors will also highlight concerns over the 'cost of living' crisis.

Social Democrats housing spokesperson Cian O'Callaghan is making the call, due to the latest homeless figures. 11,742 people are now living in emergency accommodation - a slight drop in February compared to January.
