Yesterday, the Central Statistics Office released the latest Residential Property Index, breaking down house prices across the country.
It found that Belturbet had the third cheapest Eircode across the country with the mean cost for a property at €121,000.
Meanwhile, properties in Cootehill with an Eircode of H16 ranked ninth cheapest with a mean cost of €140,000.
Elsewhere, Dublin's Blackrock area had the most expensive Eircode with the mean cost of a home sitting at €720,000, while Castlerea in Co Roscommon had the cheapest Eircode at €115,000.
The average cost of a home has increased by 14.2% between April 2021 and April 2022, with major increases seen in Dublin and in the Border counties.
