Eight residential properties across Cavan and Monaghan are up for auction in next week’s Bid X1 online sale.
Four houses and an apartment are being auctioned in Cavan, while three houses in Monaghan are up for sale.
A commercial property in Cavan is also up for grabs.
Online bidding for the residential properties across the Northern Sound region gets underway at 8am on Wednesday, September 29th.
The property with the highest guide price in the region is a four-bed detached house in Ballyjamesduff at €160,000.
Co Cavan also has to property with the lowest guide price of €70,000 for a two-bed apartment in Ballyconnell.
Elsewhere in Co Cavan, a three-bed semi-detached in Mullagh has a guide price of €100,000, there’s a guide of €130,000 for a four-bed semi-detached in Swellan Lower, Cavan, and €135,000 is sought for a four-bed semi-detached in Kingscourt.
In Co Monaghan, there’s a guide price of €75,000 for a two-bed terraced dwelling on Church Street in Castleblayney, while there’s a guide of €95,000 for a three-bed detached home in Drummillard, Castleblayney and for a three-bed mid-terrace house in Killygowan.
Meanwhile, €70,000 is the guide price for a commercial property previously known as Collette’s Bar on Main Street in Killeshandra, with bidding there getting underway at 9am on Thursday, September 30th.
