Over €370,000 in extra funding has been allocated to groups across the Northern Sound region.
The funding, through the Covid stability programme, is in addition to money already allocated to the local groups.
It was set up in May to provide immediate, short term cash flow to organisations which provide critical services in communities across the country.
€10 million in top-up funding has been announced today, after a number of other rounds were announced over previous months.
Monaghan is receiving the most locally with 15 groups sharing in €249,133. Knockatallon Development Company received the most there with €69,949.
Seven groups in Cavan share €124,852, with Bailieborough Leisure Centre receiving the most - €52,600.
The funding has been welcomed by local Minister Heather Humphreys and Senator Robbie Gallagher.
