€300,000 Leinster House bike shelter described as unacceptable

The Taoiseach says it’s ‘inexplicable and inexcusable’ a bike shelter at Leinster House cost over €300,000.

A full review is to be carried out into the project after the full cost emerged.

The OPW says it recognises the importance of spending public money transparently. Labour’s Finance Spokesperson Ged Nash says it’s unacceptable.
