The 2023 municipal discretionary funding has been announced for the Ballyjamesduff Municipal District in recent days. €15,000 has been granted for St Patrick's National School in Bruskey to create an all-weather pitch for the local school.
The Funding was announced by Cavan County Council and will see a self-contained community Astro pitch on the school grounds. The €15,000 announced is part of match funding for CLAR projects.
€10,000 was also announced for the Virginia Handball Club which will see the renovation of the lighting system in the handball court.
