Cabinet is discussing a series of measures to speed up the delivery of social and affordable housing.
The one billion euro plan will include a subvention to developers of around 150 thousand euro to deliver affordable and cost-rental properties.
It's expected development fees for infrastructure and water around new developments will also be waived in the short term.
