A property in Dundalk is being raffled off as part of the latest fundraiser for Stevo's Journey to Recovery.
Carrickmacross teenager Stephen Kirk has Stage 4 Glioma, which is a type of tumour that occurs in the brain and spinal cord.
In April, he and his mother Jean Woods went to Texas for specialist treatment, but they've been left with a £17,000 monthly prescription.
Jean's friend Gordon Kenny is donating his Dundalk apartment to the cause to help cover the medical bills.
Stephen is undergoing an MRI in Dublin today, with the hopes of seeking further treatment in Texas this September.
Jean told The Wider View that she's so thankful for all the fundraising efforts so far.
