In the last number of days Monaghan Roads Policing Unit detected three intoxicated drivers, seized a vehicle due to the driver having no driving licence and no insurance and issued Fixed Penalty notices for vehicles with no NCT and driving without reasonable consideration. All of these incidents took place in the Carrickmacross District.
